Local system crash via USB serial resume race

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel USB serial gadget driver allows local users to crash the system during resume. gserial_disconnect can clear gser->ioport before gserial_resume dereferences it after a wakeup interrupt because the check and pointer access are not synchronized. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and the USB serial gadget path; the bounded consequence is loss of system availability.
