Local service interruption via unlocked CSA teardown

Improper locking in Linux 4.2 through 6.4.11 allows local users to interrupt service by closing an AMDGPU device file. During amdgpu_driver_postclose_kms, CSA teardown calls amdgpu_vm_bo_del without first reserving the root page-directory buffer object, violating the VM lock requirement while removing csa_va. The path requires low-privileged local access to AMDGPU; with panic_on_warn enabled, the resulting warning panics the kernel, and published impact is limited to availability.
