Administrator browser script execution via unescaped post parameter
Published Nov 6, 2023 · Updated Feb 26, 2025
Reflected XSS in Awesome Support before 6.1.5 allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The ticket-editing page inserts the post query parameter into page markup without sanitization or output escaping. An administrator must open a crafted URL containing a valid ticket ID and trigger its access key, after which injected script runs with that browser session's access.
