Filesystem corruption via premature JBD2 checkpoint removal

Improper checkpoint handling in the Linux kernel allows local users to corrupt ext4 filesystems after a power interruption. jbd2_journal_try_remove_checkpoint removes a journal head from an older checkpoint without verifying that b_transaction now points to a newer transaction. Local access and an ext4 workload spanning two journal transactions are required, and a subsequent power interruption leaves later data missing after remount.
