Service interruption via unreleased PCIe lookup allocation

Memory leak in the Linux kernel mpt3sas driver from 4.16 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory and interrupt service during memory-pool release. The _base_release_memory_pools function destroys the PCIe SGL DMA pool but fails to free ioc->pcie_sg_lookup, retaining the lookup allocation when the adapter memory pools are released. Low-privileged local access is required, but public sources do not identify the operation by which such a user repeatedly reaches the release path.
