Kernel oops via interrupted queue setup

Denial of service in the Linux kernel ublk driver allows local users to trigger a kernel oops by interrupting device startup. ublk_ctrl_start_dev() continues after wait_for_completion_interruptible() returns on a signal, even though its request queues have not finished setup, instead of failing UBLK_CMD_START_DEV. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to start and signal a ublk server; the documented consequence is disruption from a kernel oops.
