Kernel memory corruption via unchecked rule count

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel 5.2 through 6.6-rc1 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an ethtool ioctl. mvpp2_ethtool_get_rxnfc allocates its rules buffer from the user-controlled rule_cnt, then writes the configured flow-rule list without rejecting a count smaller than the actual list. Any local user can issue the whitelisted SIOCETHTOOL request, but the path requires an mvpp2 interface with persistent ntuple flow-steering rules; exploitation can crash the kernel or alter or disclose kernel memory.
