Service interruption via redundant GetDrawInfo call

Memory leak in RMagick before 5.3.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt image-processing services through memory exhaustion. Magick::Draw redundantly calls GetDrawInfo after AcquireDrawInfo already initializes the structure, leaving memory unreleased. Repeated drawing with affected ImageMagick 6 releases grows memory until the Ruby process is killed or the host is impaired.
