Local service interruption via probe-request memory leak

Memory leak in Linux 5.18 through 6.1.15 and 6.2 through 6.2.2 allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting kernel memory. The rtw89_append_probe_req_ie() function allocates a replacement socket buffer but exits an error path without freeing it when probe-request element handling fails. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an rtw89-managed wireless device; repeated failures can deplete kernel memory and disrupt the host.
