Kernel crash via reset BQL counter mismatch

Denial of service in the Linux kernel ibmvnic driver allows remote attackers to crash affected systems through sustained network traffic. During NON_FATAL recovery, ibmvnic_open resets BQL's num_queued and num_completed counters without flushing partially filled transmit batches. On IBM Power systems using the virtual NIC, later transmit completion makes num_completed exceed num_queued and trips BUG_ON, causing a kernel panic.
