Host crash and disclosure via VLAN processing

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel HSR driver allows adjacent attackers to crash hosts or disclose limited kernel data via VLAN frames. fill_frame_info() continues processing unsupported ETH_P_8021Q packets, reads beyond the Ethernet header into uninitialized skb data, and can forward those bytes. An HSR or PRP slave must already be active and reachable from the same Layer 2 segment; no account or user interaction is required.
