Host panic via uninterruptible io_uring exit wait

Denial of service in the Linux kernel io_uring exit path allows local users to trigger a host panic by stopping a ring-owning task. io_ring_exit_work waits uninterruptibly for completions, but a stopped owner cannot run required task_work, so hung-task detection fires. The service interruption requires an exiting ring with pending task_work and panic-on-hung-task enabled; otherwise the reported consequence is a hung-task warning.
