Kernel crash via conflicting ADQ and switchdev modes

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux ice driver allows local users to crash the kernel by combining ADQ and switchdev modes. The ice_eswitch.c and ice_main.c paths fail to reject switchdev while ADQ is active or ADQ while switchdev is active, leaving an invalid state that dereferences a null pointer. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, an ice-supported Intel adapter, and deliberate activation of two mutually exclusive features; the bounded consequence is a host crash.
