Kernel-memory exhaustion via incomplete receive-queue cleanup

Memory leak in the mt76 DMA cleanup code in Linux 6.2 through 6.2.2 allows local users to consume kernel memory during device unregister. In drivers/net/wireless/mediatek/mt76/dma.c, mt76_dma_cleanup conditionally calls mt76_dma_rx_cleanup only for WED-marked queues, leaving other configured receive queues allocated. Reachability requires an mt76-based wireless device and access to its unregister path; the bounded consequence is service interruption through kernel-memory exhaustion.
