Local service interruption via PageError state leakage

Improper error handling in Linux btrfs before 6.4.7 allows local users to interrupt filesystem writeback through fast I/O completion. __extent_writepage checks the shared PageError bit after submission, allowing an end-I/O error from sufficiently fast I/O to leak into submission-context cleanup. Reachability requires local access to a btrfs filesystem and an I/O error that completes during submission; the published availability assessment identifies no specific hang, crash, or reboot.
