Local service interruption via leaked debugfs references

Memory leak in the Linux kernel USB ULPI cleanup allows local users to exhaust memory and interrupt service. The ULPI cleanup path calls debugfs_lookup() without releasing the returned dentry reference with dput(), so each lookup retains kernel memory. Low-privileged local access is required; sustained triggering consumes kernel memory until the host crashes or hangs.
