Kernel panic via interleaved GIC transactions

Linux on affected NVIDIA T241 servers allows local users to trigger kernel panics through inter-socket GIC transactions. On systems with more than two interconnected T241 chips, the fabric can interleave multi-transfer AXI4 Stream packets from different GICs, corrupting GIC state. The condition is local and hardware-specific; single- and dual-socket systems are unaffected, and the consequence is an availability loss or other unexpected kernel behavior.
