Kernel compromise via freed PCI bus access

Use-after-free in Linux 6.2 through 6.2.11 and 6.3-rc1 through 6.3-rc6 allows local users to compromise the kernel via PCI root-bus removal. pci_remove_root_bus() calls pci_remove_bus(), which releases struct pci_bus, before pci_bus_release_domain_nr() reads that freed object. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and a PCI host teardown path; published scoring bounds the impact to kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
