Local kernel crash via uninitialized scheduler work queue

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux DRM scheduler in 6.3 through 6.3.3 allows local users to crash the kernel during GPU reset. drm_sched_fault tests the overloaded sched.ready flag, which can become true before timeout_wq is initialized, and invokes timeout handling through the missing work queue. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a GPU fault/reset timing window; the bounded consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption.
