Service interruption via unreleased OV2740 control allocations

Memory leak in the Linux kernel OV2740 camera driver allows local users to interrupt service by triggering failed device probes. The ov2740_init_controls() failure path allocates a V4L2 control handler but omits v4l2_ctrl_handler_free(), leaving memory unreachable. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an OV2740 device or mock device; repeated failures can exhaust kernel memory and interrupt service.
