Local service interruption via RxRPC completion race

A race condition in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent RxRPC send operations. In rxrpc_wait_to_be_connected(), the send path reads call->error before confirming that rxrpc_set_call_completion() has completed the shared call state update. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, use of AF_RXRPC, and winning the concurrency race; the reported consequence is loss of availability.
