Local privilege escalation via unchecked DEVX opcode

Out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel 5.18 through 6.1.30 and 6.2 through 6.3.4 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via DEVX. In cmd_status_log, the mlx5 driver uses an unrecognized firmware command opcode to index failure-statistics storage that exists only for known commands. A local user with access to an mlx5 RDMA uverbs device and DEVX can trigger the write, causing kernel memory corruption that enables privilege escalation, a crash, or a hang.
