Local system crash via missing endpoint null check

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel cxgb4 RDMA driver allows local users to crash the system through an RDMA connection. In pass_establish(), a failed get_ep_from_tid() lookup leaves ep NULL, but the function later dereferences ep during connection handling. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and the affected cxgb4 RDMA path; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the host.
