Remote kernel crash via undersized DCCP header copy

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux DCCP connection tracking allow remote attackers to crash affected kernels with crafted DCCP packets. nf_conntrack_dccp_packet copies only the 12-byte basic header into _dh, then dccp_ack_seq reads sequence data beyond that stack buffer. Reachability requires active DCCP conntrack hooks; crafted traffic can disclose a small bounded stack value or trigger a kernel crash.
