Kernel crash via failed NTFS attribute insertion

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel NTFS3 before 5.15.128, 6.1.47, 6.4.12, and 6.5 allows local users to crash the kernel. The ni_create_attr_list function continued after mi_insert_attr returned NULL because WARN_ON only logged the failed insertion, then dereferenced attr while building an attribute list. Triggering the path requires local access to set an extended attribute on a mounted NTFS volume, and the demonstrated consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption.
