Kernel crash via NULL pt_regs dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux PowerPC ptrace regset code allows local users to crash systems during coredump generation. In ppr_get(), the regset path passes a PF_IO_WORKER task's NULL pt_regs pointer to memcpy while collecting PPR state. A PowerPC system, a PF_IO_WORKER task, and coredump generation are required; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the system.
