Service interruption via framebuffer device reference mismanagement

Reference-counting error in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through the ep93xx framebuffer driver's removal path. The ep93xxfb_probe function overwrites the fb_info.dev ownership slot that register_framebuffer must initialize, so teardown drops the hardware device's reference and leaves the framebuffer device unreleased. Low-privileged local access and an active EP93xx framebuffer configuration are required; the resulting availability loss is a service interruption of an unspecified form.
