System crash via FEC removal error mishandling

Resource-management flaw in the Linux kernel FEC driver allows local users to crash the system during device removal. In fec_drv_remove(), a pm_runtime_resume_and_get() failure causes an early return even as the driver core continues removal and frees the managed register mapping. Low-privileged local access, a Freescale FEC device, a runtime-PM resume failure during removal, and a later callback are required.
