Service disruption via leaked control handlers

Memory leakage in the Linux kernel HI846 camera driver allows local users to exhaust memory by triggering control initialization failures. The hi846_init_controls function leaves its allocated ctrl_hdlr unreleased when a later control setup operation fails, so each failed initialization consumes kernel memory. Local low-privilege access and an HI846 device are required; repeated failures can degrade availability or interrupt services.
