Guest crash via premature VMBus relid lookup

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash a Hyper-V guest during second-kernel VMBus initialization. relid2channel() dereferences the VMBus channel array without checking whether vmbus_connect() has allocated it when resolving an interrupt relid. The condition requires kdump or kexec to boot a second kernel with stale host relids and a VMBus interrupt to arrive before connection setup completes or after it fails.
