Local service interruption via UBI table leak

Memory leak in Linux kernel UBI volume resizing allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through repeated resize ioctls. In ubi_resize_volume(), an error path frees new_eba_tbl with kfree() instead of ubi_eba_destroy_table(), leaving its entries allocation unreleased. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and a configured UBI volume; repeated affected operations can interrupt service as leaked allocations accumulate.
