Kernel crash via uninitialized AMDGPU fence pointers

NULL pointer dereference in Linux AMDGPU VM code allows local users to crash the kernel during CPU-based page-table updates. The amdgpu_vm_bo_add, amdgpu_vm_init, and amdgpu_vm_make_compute paths leave update-fence pointers as NULL before dma_fence_wait consumes them. A local low-privilege user must reach CPU-driven AMDGPU page-table updates; the resulting dereference can halt the host.
