Kernel panic via storvsc NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel storvsc driver allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during virtual Fibre Channel I/O timeouts. The storvsc_eh_timed_out() handler passes the timeout to fc_eh_timed_out(), which looks up a nonexistent rport and dereferences the resulting NULL pointer. The flaw is reachable in a Hyper-V guest using storvsc-backed virtual Fibre Channel storage when an I/O request times out, and its bounded consequence is a guest kernel panic.
