Kernel call trace via unpaired ECC interrupt release

Denial of service in the AMDGPU GMC v11 shutdown path in Linux 6.1.26 through 6.3.2 allows local users to trigger a kernel call trace. gmc_v11_0_hw_fini incorrectly calls amdgpu_irq_put for gmc.ecc_irq even though firmware enables that interrupt and the host driver does not own its enable state. The condition requires firmware-enabled ECC interrupts and occurs during AMDGPU suspend or GPU recovery, affecting availability without reported data access or modification.
