Call hang and kernel crash via interrupted sendmsg

Denial of service in the Linux kernel AF_RXRPC send path 4.11 through 6.2.15 and 6.3 through 6.3.2 allows local users to hang calls. An interrupted sendmsg() leaves a new call queued before connection and channel assignment, causing later sends to return EBUSY; starting its timer in that state can trigger a kernel oops. The trigger requires local access to create an AF_RXRPC call and interrupt sendmsg() while assignment remains pending, with consequences bounded to a stalled call or kernel crash.
