Kernel crash via RAID5 flush completion race

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel RAID5 cache allows local users to crash the kernel during concurrent flush completion. r5l_log_flush_endio() empties flushing_ios before clearing the reusable flush bio, so a concurrent r5l_flush_stripe_to_raid() submits a bio whose bi_blkg pointer has already been cleared. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an active RAID5 cache flush race; the bounded impact is a kernel crash and service interruption.
