Local kernel crash via interrupted ublk recovery

Improper recovery handling in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel oops through the ublk control device. In ublk_ctrl_end_recovery(), an interruptible wait can return on a signal before all queues are ready, yet affected code continues UBLK_CMD_END_USER_RECOVERY instead of returning an error. A local low-privileged process must reach an enabled ublk user-recovery flow and interrupt queue setup; the resulting oops can crash the host.
