Local denial of service via raw-socket race

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system by racing raw socket iteration. The raw_get_next() slow path iterates SOCK_RAW entries without the spinlock required when another network namespace frees a socket, causing a stale entry to be dereferenced. Triggering the fault requires local low-privilege access and concurrent namespace, raw-socket, and /proc/net/raw operations; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
