Service interruption via invalid ECC interrupt release

Denial of service in the Linux amdgpu driver 6.1.26 through 6.3.2 allows local users to trigger a kernel call trace during GPU recovery. The gmc_v10_0_hw_fini function incorrectly calls amdgpu_irq_put for an ECC interrupt that firmware enabled and the host driver cannot control. Reachability requires compatible AMD GPU hardware, firmware-enabled ECC interrupts, and execution of the suspend or GPU-recovery finalization path.
