Kernel memory corruption via ipset CIDR underflow

Integer underflow in Linux kernel ipset allows local users to trigger slab out-of-bounds access through netfilter set operations. The missing IP_SET_HASH_WITH_NET0 macro in ip_set_hash_netportnet.c makes CIDR_POS(c) select the wrong array offset, allowing the offset calculation to underflow. Successful exploitation reads or modifies kernel memory or interrupts the system; it requires local low-privilege access and no user interaction.
