Reference-count underflow in the hi846 camera driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service during system resume. The hi846 control path treats a negative -EAGAIN return from pm_runtime_get_if_in_use() as success and calls pm_runtime_put(), underflowing the usage counter.
