Stored script execution via unvalidated instance URLs

Stored XSS in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in administrators' browsers via a crafted instance URL. The admin/instances.php update path accepted the posted URL through FILTER_UNSAFE_RAW and stored it, while ajax.config.php built instance URLs without validation. An account permitted to manage instances can plant browser-executed content that runs when the affected administrative interface displays it.
