Incorrect transceiver EEPROM output via omitted final copy

Incorrect EEPROM reads in the Linux kernel 5.13 allow local users to receive zeroed transceiver data through ethtool. The ice_get_module_eeprom() loop reads eight-byte blocks but skips copying the final block into the caller buffer, leaving that block zero-filled. Reaching the defect requires uid 0 with CAP_NET_ADMIN and a physical Intel ICE device; Ubuntu reports incorrect module data with no security impact.
