Service degradation via leaked SUNRPC request allocations

Race condition in the Linux kernel SUNRPC server shutdown path allows local users to exhaust resources by leaking svc_rqst allocations. Calling kthread_stop() before the service thread runs prevents its cleanup routine from releasing the request structure. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to reach SUNRPC server shutdown and produces availability-only service degradation.
