Service interrupt via leaked throttle-group memory

Memory leak in the mpi3mr SCSI driver in Linux kernels introduced in 6.0 allows local users to interrupt service through memory exhaustion. The mpi3mr_free_mem cleanup path fails to release the mrioc->throttle_groups allocation created for I/O throttle-group metadata. Reachability requires the mpi3mr driver and a compatible MPI3 storage controller, and the public record identifies no reliable unprivileged trigger.
