Service interruption via leaked SAS expander nodes

Memory leak in the mpi3mr SCSI driver in Linux 6.1 through 6.3-rc2 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory during device removal. The mpi3mr_remove() path fails to walk sas_expander_list and release each SAS expander node and its associated resources. The path requires an mpi3mr-managed SAS expander and device removal; repeated execution can interrupt service through memory exhaustion.
