Kernel memory exhaustion via leaked PHY array

Memory leak in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.2.7 and 6.3-rc1 through 6.3-rc2 allows local users to exhaust memory via mpi3mr removal. The mpi3mr_remove() path in drivers/scsi/mpi3mr/mpi3mr_os.c omits freeing mrioc->sas_hba.phy, leaving the allocated PHY array resident after removal. Reachability requires the mpi3mr driver and an adapter-removal event; repeated removals consume kernel memory and impair system availability.
