Kernel memory corruption via stale PCI resources

Use-after-free in Linux kernel s390 PCI handling allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through per-function hotplug. The PCI bus resource lists retain pointers to a function's freed MMIO resources after hot-unplug and reclaim those stale entries when the function returns. Reachability requires an s390 multi-function or SR-IOV device whose individual PCI function is removed and re-added.
