Local privilege escalation via loop request use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel loop driver beginning in 4.4 allows local users with loop-device access to compromise the host. In loop_handle_cmd(), direct or asynchronous I/O can complete and free a request before do_req_filebacked() returns, after which cmd or rq is dereferenced. Access to a loop device or an existing direct-I/O-backed loop mount is required; exploitation can crash the kernel or escalate privileges.
