Kernel panic via SMC-R teardown race

Denial of service in Linux 5.5 through 6.2.7 allows remote attackers to crash the kernel through SMC-R connection teardown. A race between smc_smcr_terminate_all() and smc_buf_create() leaves conn->sndbuf_desc NULL while smc_cdc_tx_handler() dereferences its len field. An unauthenticated SMC-R peer can drive connection creation and link-group termination over routable CLC and RoCE traffic, producing an availability-only kernel panic.
